Developed for the purpose of overseas export under the concept of “Japanese Taste”. The weight is trimmed to the limit with bamboo stem used for the shank. In order to make all shapes in the setter style, the weight is rigorously calculated. Briar and bamboo stem vary across the ages, but especially the bamboo stem that exhibits a tasteful deep amber glow created by smoke. To strengthen the bamboo stem, a black acrylic reinforced ring is mounted at the shank end face.
